Description: We are living in a time of rapid change – social, technological, and religious. Our spiritual traditions provide wisdom about how to navigate change with care and intention. In this presentation, Rabbi Joshua Stanton focuses on Jewish wisdom about other epochs of change, from the Bronze Age to the Information Age, and endeavors to unearth lessons that can help us live with greater meaning and intention amid this time of social reorganization. Rabbi Joshua Stanton is spiritual leader of East End Temple and Senior Fellow of CLAL – The National Jewish Center for Learning and Leadership. He is coauthor of the forthcoming book, Awakenings: American Jewish Transformations in Identity, Leadership, and Belonging and has been featured in documentary films, articles, book chapters, publications, and television in over a dozen languages.
